STEP 1

Go to Start » All Programs » SysTools Hard Drive Data Recovery

If you are using Windows 11/10/8.1/7, then please launch tool as "Run as Administrator".

STEP 2

Tool also, supports to recover deleted, corrupted, and formatted, data from MAC OS HFS+ file system

Note: When you have connected your external hard drive to your computer. Then Windows prompt message "You need to format the disk in drive". However, you do not need to click the Format Disk option. Otherwise the data will be permanently deleted.

STEP 3

Software supports multiple languages you can change language after clicking the drop down link. Select your language and UI will convert in your chosen language. Select a language and UI will change in it, English, Hindi, Bangla, Hungarian Norwegian, Dutch, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Spanish, Deutsch, Indonesian, and Russian

STEP 4

Select Partition from Which Files Deleted and view complete detail in right side Misc Panel in

After that Click on Scan button to recover parmanently deleted files from hard disk.

Now the software will start scanning, wait till it completes to 100%.

Now software will list the scanned drive.

Also, Utility will scan the MAC OS HFS+ data in the tool panel.

Explore the folders, here the software will list all folder in Explore Panel.

Select folder from left panel and view complete data in right panel of software. It also provides Item Count.

Double hit on any file after that tool will provide Save and Preview option.

Now preview the file properties in the utility panel.

Afer that preview the image in the application panel.

Also preview the hex value in the hard drive recovery software panel.

Click Filter button and software will list all categories (Photos, Audios, Videos, Emails, Databases, Documents, Archives, Executable, Disk Image, Deleted Items).

Select Filter option and preview files. Suppose if you want to recover only images then select Photos filter option. It will enable to recover only images from recovered data. Moreover it also provides total item count.

Apart from filter, Software also provides advance search feature. Here you can apply Created, Modified, and Last Access date. Also, you can apply file type or folder name. After that click on Search button.

Provide date range to apply filter From and To date.

Search via Folder Name or File Type. Type File Type and click on Search button.

Now the software provides two option either save selected files or save complete recovered data. Select the Folder and click on Save all Data or Save Deleted Data button.

Now hit on Save Deleted Data and browse the location to save recovered files and folders. You can create New Folder also from the software panel.

Please DO NOT select destination drive/folder as the source hard drive (from which you are recovering data).

When you select the Save all Data option. Browse the location where you want to save your data. Also, check the recovered deleted data option.
